After 10,000 years we have finally perfected the Oyster
Qyster is a brand of Pacific oyster grown in floating pods enabling the growth of the perfect oyster. Qyster was released to the New Zealand market in December 2022.
Oysters have been farmed since before 2000 B.C.
The challenge has always been growing a perfect quality oyster every time. Not any more. Qyster are a premium product, grown in the pristine waters of New Zealand.
The Qyster is totally unique for a bunch of reasons, however it is the taste and texture of these extraordinary molluscs that makes them next level. We’re stoked that Depot will be able to share them with you.
